Queens speech and flexible working reforms

The Queen spoke of better flexible working reforms for everyone in her latest speech. Currently only employers with children up to the age of 16 and those caring for the disabled are allowed flexible work employment options.

However the Queen speech showed that under the new government proposals anyone employment will now be able to apply for flexible working. Working jobs from home agrees with this new initiative.
